I am a humanistic therapist using a person-centred approach which means that my client is at the centre of counselling and that I’m led by you and your needs, looking at all aspects of you as a whole.
What I try to offer is compassion, warmth, empathy, openness, and honesty to my clients. I believe therapy can help empower you to find meaning and purpose, to understand and make sense of who you are, or what you are going through, as well as learn how to accept yourself without judgement.
