Private Therapist Delivering Counselling in Aldershot and Farnham

Starting counselling can be daunting and finding the right therapist or counsellor is vitally important.

The therapeutic relationship is built on trust and understanding, and it’s essential that you feel comfortable with your chosen therapist and a good fit can make a significant difference in how effective therapy is. It’s about more than just qualifications—it’s about finding someone who resonates with you, who listens with empathy, and who can create a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. The right therapist will respect your pace, tailor their approach to your individual needs, and empower you to navigate your challenges in a way that feels meaningful to you.

I offer a free 15 minute telephone conversation, where you can find out more about what’s involved in therapy, as well as ask any questions you may have, before making a decision. Please contact me directly to ask a question, or book in a free initial conversation.
